On Thursday, August 18th, we invite you to join Sara Haston and us for a special little Love Angeles workshop. We call it ‘Edible Love’ and we will make raw cacao truffles with aphrodisiac herbs. Isn’t that all you ever wanted?
Sara is a seasonal chef, herbal medicine maker, gardener, and yoga instructor who creates recipes, remedies, and rituals for holistic living. She is located in Silver Lake and teaches cooking and gardening to kids all over Los Angeles, in addition to creating delicious and healing foods for yoga retreats and pop-up dinners. Cultivating a balanced lifestyle brings her immense joy and she seeks to connect with the rhythms of nature in every day life .
She is launching her holistic lifestyle blog Fall 2016, so stay tuned for that!

Oh and not to forget, here is a little DIY recipe for her awakening + cooling summer mist
1 oz glass bottle with spray top
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz distilled or purified water
7 drops peppermint essential oil
7 drops lemon essential oil
5 drops of rosemary essential oil
Combine all ingredients in glass bottle. Shake well and mist on the face with eyes closed, around the body to awaken senses and cool the skin. Store in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight. Place in fridge for added cooling effect. Use for up to 1 year.
